Return/Exchange Policy
Returns
- Due to the unique nature of custom orders, all custom orders are INELIGIBLE for return and exchange.
- In order for an order to be eligible to return, TDR must be alerted within 7 days of receipt of product. No exceptions.
- All items must be returned in their original condition and unworn/unused with original tags in tact.
- Customers are responsible for return postage.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days upon receipt of the item and reissued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be redeposited.
- Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please send an email to thedistinguishedrider@gmail.com for any questions about our return policy for certain items.
Ineligible for Return/Exchange
- Custom boot orders
- Open and/or used leather care
- Consignment/Sale Items Discounted over 30%
- Orders placed directly through the Kingsley Configurator
- Orders financed through ShopPay and/or Affirm
Terms of Return/Exchange
- Customer will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with exchanges/returns.
- If an item is received and is packaged incorrectly or appears to be worn/used, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
