Return/Exchange Policy

 

Returns

  • Due to the unique nature of custom orders, all custom orders are INELIGIBLE for return and exchange.
  • In order for an order to be eligible to return, TDR must be alerted within 7 days of receipt of product.  No exceptions.  
  • All items must be returned in their original condition and unworn/unused with original tags in tact.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days upon receipt of the item and reissued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be redeposited.
  • Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.  Please send an email to thedistinguishedrider@gmail.com for any questions about our return policy for certain items.

Ineligible for Return/Exchange

  • Custom boot orders
  • Open and/or used leather care
  • Consignment/Sale Items Discounted over 30%
  • Orders placed directly through the Kingsley Configurator
  • Orders financed through ShopPay and/or Affirm

Terms of Return/Exchange

  • Customer will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with exchanges/returns. 
  • If an item is received and is packaged incorrectly or appears to be worn/used, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
