Return/Exchange Policy
Returns
- Due to the unique nature of custom orders, all custom orders are INELIGIBLE for return.
- In order for an order to be eligible to return, TDR must be alerted within 7 days of receipt of product. No exceptions.
- All items must be returned in their original condition and unworn/unused.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days upon receipt of the item.
- Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please send an email to thedistinguishedrider@gmail.com for any questions about our return policy for certain items.

- Custom boot and helmet orders
- Open and/or used leather care
- Consignment/Sale Items Discounted over 30%
- Orders placed directly through the Kingsley Configurator
- Orders financed through ShopPay and/or Affirm
Eligible for Exchange
- QHP Boots
- The Wide Boot Company Boots (non-custom)
- Novella Sun Shirts
Terms of Return/Exchange
- Customer will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with exchanges/returns.
